How to delete your account

From within the app:

  1. Open GuestGrid and sign in to your property account.
  2. Tap the settings icon (top-right corner).
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Via email:

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Delete my account". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your property account and login credentials
  • Property details (name, address, photos, widgets, guides)
  • All check-in records created by your property
  • Guest data associated with your check-ins
  • Messages between your property and guests
  • Push notification tokens
  • Navigation waypoint photos

Guest data

Guests do not create accounts. Guest data (name, email, passport info) is stored only in association with a specific check-in and is deleted when the property account is deleted or when the check-in data retention period expires (12 months after checkout).
