Account Deletion Request
How to delete your account
To request deletion of your COordin8 organizer account and all associated data, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials and profile information
- Any groups you created
- All associated data: members, broadcasts, Q&A messages, check-ins, and assignments
Data retention
- Your account and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days of your request
- Anonymised security and usage logs may be retained for up to 90 days, after which they are permanently deleted
