These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GuestGrid mobile application ("App") operated by GuestGrid ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
GuestGrid is a hospitality platform that connects property operators ("Properties") with their guests ("Guests"). Properties use the App to manage property information, guest check-ins, requests, and communications. Guests use the App to access stay details, submit requests, and communicate with their property.
2. User Accounts
- Properties must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Guests access the App via links or QR codes provided by their property. No account creation is required for Guests.
- You agree to provide accurate information when using the App.
3. User-Generated Content
- Users may upload photos, text, and other content ("User Content") to the App.
- You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
- You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you upload and that your content does not violate any law or infringe on the rights of any third party.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use the App to send unsolicited communications or spam
- Impersonate another person or entity
5. Payments
GuestGrid facilitates payment tracking between Properties and Guests but does not process payments directly. All payment transactions occur outside the App through third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, bank transfers). We are not responsible for any disputes arising from payments between Properties and Guests.
6. Push Notifications
The App may send push notifications for messages, requests, and updates. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by GuestGrid and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuestGrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuestGrid from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GuestGrid operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
